Business: its nature and environment an introduction 8th edition

— Glos, Raymond E. - Nama Orang; Steade, Richard D. - Nama Orang; Lowry, James R. - Nama Orang;

For the first time this text recognize that business activities in this country are carried on by businesspersons rather than by businessmen. The growing importance of women in business world, aided by their own efforts as well as legislation, is reflected in the text copy. It is hoped that in the interst of fairness to both sexes the former male bias has been eliminated. A major change has been in the organization of suplementary materials that accompany this text. The manual for teachers, in addition to its former coverage, now includes answers to incidents and problems contained in the student supplement and suggested examination questions and answer. We believe instructors will welcome this reduction in the number of separate items. Also, the manual includes the listing of suggested readings that formerly appeared in the text.
